Does Panic Away Work Qucikly?

I have spent a lot of time recently searching online for solutions to a big problem I am having.  I suffer from very frequent and very intense panic attacks and have got to get them under control.  I have become so fearful of having one that I rarely go anywhere.  They have happened to me before in public places and I try to avoid putting myself in these situations.  I found a program, Panic Away, that looks pretty good.  I have read a lot of good review about it but am wondering, does panic away work quickly?  I sure hope it does.
