Emotion behind the issue

Personal weight loss is something that most everyone had to struggle with at some point. No one wants to look in the mirror and be a shamed of what they see but this is the all to common reality for so many people these days and there are so many ways to avoid it. I think we need to get at the root of why this is happening and it all starts with the individual. There is a psychological reason why we go for that cheeseburger even when we know it’s going to be the death of us. Why don’t we work out five days a week if it’s proven that it’ll add twenty years to our life.
