Whitening toothpaste will brighten your teeth and it is a great way to maintain your whiter smile when you have had dental bleaching, but it takes a long time to see any noticeable difference. However, the popular one is the professional dental teeth whitening are because the results are much better than most at home kits. Many dentists can even perform dental bleaching in one hour. The disadvantage you get with professional teeth whitening is that it is very expensive.
