Good moisture

I have great skin, but when I can one or two pimples, I usually use a small amount of product to wash, then cover the problem areas with some cream. Every time I use the product, the balance of my skin is thrown off. Some areas are dry, others are oily. I need to maintain the balance of my skin, but still take care of the acne quickly. I think acne treatment reviews would really help me to find the perfect product for my face to maintain a beautiful, balanced, clear complexion. It needs to dry out the zit, not my whole face.
