Great Upper Body Exercise

Can you recall doing all of those physical fitness tests back in the days of high school? I can never forget the pride I took in being able to manage the longest amount of time in my class doing the bent arm hang. I wound up being beaten by a girl who opted instead to do the chin ups bodyweight exercise. You receive more credit for chin ups because you must actually lift your bodyweight, and these exercises are tougher to do. I doubt that I could even do a handful of chin ups today. I believe this to be a sign that I must gain strength in my arms.
