Health Problems Due to Weight

October 15th, 2008

It all started with a donut. One donut turned into two. Two donuts turned into four. Next thing you knew, I was eating at least one donut each day of the week. It was a problem when the office that I work in had a selection of such pastries each and every day. Very quickly my weight became a problem as my cravings for donuts took me to other types of sweets and junk food. I was always a bit on the heavier side, but now my weight is such a problem that it has lead to additional health problems. I have high blood pressure, high cholesterol and I’m at risk for diabetes among other things. This is why I’ve decided to start the Medifast program to help me lose the weight. The diet plan is certainly one that I can live with, and now it’s vital to my health now and in the future.
