How To Develop A Bigger Chest

September 23rd, 2008

There are many weight lifters who use good chest workouts and still don’t have big chests.  Some believe it’s their genetics.  Others believe that it’s the weakest part of their body and nothing can be done to fix that (although this not my point it is still not true).  The truth of the matter is that they are usually forgetting one exercise, the decline bench.  The decline bench is the exercise that really gives the chest the size that most weight lifters want.  The lower pectoral is the biggest part of the chest and gives the appearance of size when targeted and developed.
