1. Follow a safe program like Top Secret Fat Loss Secret or Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle.  both are great resources that will show you how to live a healthier lifestyle, and keep the weight off!

2. Eat healthy – you need your 2 serves of fruits and 5 serves of vegetables every day.  Most of all you need to get a big dose of fiber, and the rest like protein, carbs and healthy fat.   In Other words you need all food groups in your diet.

3. Start a challenging workout – just use what is shown in Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle
