How to lose weight permanently

Today, we’re going to discuss how to lose weight permanently.

If your whole diet is sensible, there is no reason why you cannot include some of your favorite foods and drinks. If you do over indulge, you can always adjust your diet the next day to make allowances!

It’s important to develop good eating habits.  It takes time to change the habits you developed over your life.  Some of those habits have been part of your life since you were a teenager or even a child!

Even eating a piece of fruit a day, doing without the whipped cream on strawberries, or grilling when you used to fry, is a positive step in the right direction.
