know how to get slim legs

For all those women who don’t know how to get slim legs, a simple answer is work out! If you can’t go to the gym then better do house work that involves physical work. Stair climbing is strongly recommended.  Calisthenics is a great exercise that you can do to reduce leg fat. Do dancing whenever you feel like. This also releases stress. Avoid fried food and give your high heel shoes a little rest. Walk around in flats. Go for cycling and do some stretching in the morning to stay fresh. Once in a while go for spa also if you want to get a shimmer in your legs.
