This is a very popular meal planning program that uses a method called “calorie cycling” to help boost your body’s metabolism. It uses the theory that changing the type of calories you consume at each meal will challenge your metabolism more, and thus burn more calories. The main benefit is that it teaches you to eat until satisfied, but not full.
