Natural cures for arthritis, are there any?

Arthritis is an inflammation of the joints. There are about 100 different types of arthritis and natural cures for arthritis are not ready yet available. Some natural exercises would be walking and some types of fitness relates practises that helps to reduce the pain of arthritis. It’s important for arthritis patients to regularly do exercises to keep the joints fit. If you keep siting still then symptoms seems to get worse.

Glucosamine is one of the best pain reduces on the market today and it’s proven by many studies and stories from arthritis patients. In a new Belgian study Glucosamine is said to be a safe product and surpasses conventional drugs and can reduce cartilage loss and the production of NSAIDs slows down.
