Psyllium husks for everyday

The only time I have ever added a fiber supplement to my diet was when I was dealing with a little digestive issue. To put it plainly I was constipated. Anyway, it never occurred to me that if I added fiber to my diet on a regular basis I would not only stay regular but I would be benefiting from all of the health benefits psyllium husks have to offer. This type of supplement has been shown to lower cholesterol and help regulate blood sugars. I have decided to give fiber a try because everything I read is so possitive.
