Regulation of Urine Formation:Urine formation is under the control of nervous system and endocrine system.  Very fine branches of the spinal nerves supply kidneys.  Impulse propagated through these nerves regulates the flow of blood by contraction or relaxation of the blood vessels of kidney.  This affects the rate of filtration by glomerulus.  The filtration rate increases with a rise in the blood pressure and decreases with the lowered blood pressure.The mineralocorticoid hormone aldosterone, secreted from the adrenal cortex facilitates absorption of sodium and chloride ions, and also secretion of potassium ion. medical billing training online teaches you all these in detail.
