Searching for Effective Colon Cleansers

I have been looking for way to get rid of some annoying problems I am having right now.  I have absolutely no energy and am tired all the time.  The fact that I am exhausted but have trouble sleeping is driving me crazy.  On top of this I am getting headaches almost every day.  I discovered that doing a colon cleanse might help me eliminate these problems.  Either way I want to get rid of all the toxins that have built up in my system.  I have been comparing the different products that are available an am very impressed with bromacleanse.  This sound like the product for me.
