The numbers of scientist that are trying to find and develop hormone replacement therapy to make up for the lost of estrogen during menopause are increasing. But even with their efforts they still can’t eliminate the risks that are associated with these therapies. There are even reports that hormone replacement therapy did more harm than good for some women in the past years. Finding relief to stop hot flashes has been a long, hard battle. Due to this report and some studies some medical practitioners hold the prescription of hormonal replacement therapy to their patients. Women are now trying to alter their diet, having more exercise regime for it is proven to reduce hot flashes. No doubt, using natural alternatives yeild healthier and betetr reults than many medicated therapies today.
