This Happiness Hormone Also Helps You Sleep

If you’ve heard of melatonin before, you probably know it as the hormone responsible for feelings of happiness. As it turns out, this happiness hormone also helps you sleep at night. It is just one of many Insomnia Natural Sleep Aids out there that you can try instead of the usual medications. Melatonin as a sleep aid makes sense, since happiness and relaxation are closely related. There are two different ways you can use melatonin to help you sleep better. First, there are melatonin pills that you can take 30 minutes before going to bed. You can also increase melatonin on your own without pills by doing some special techniques.
