Toothbrush condition as part of bad breath cures.
January 12th, 2008
How often do you replace your toothbrush? Once a year? Once ever two years? Did you know that you should replace your toothbrush at least every six months if not every three months? I mean, they’re only a couple of dollars, and if you’re trying to make proper use of bad breath cures then you need to add replacing your toothbrush to your list. A toothbrush in its proper and good condition does wonders for your teeth and gums. Periodontal disease is no respecter of bad habits or bad oral hygiene tools. If you’re not sure how long it has been, it is almost guaranteed that it has been too long. Throw the current one in the trash and go out today and purchase a quality name brand toothbrush.
