Train your legs in order to build muscle up.

If you want to make your legs a lot stronger, then you have to train them in order to build muscle up. The most important exercise that will train your legs along with working the rest of the body is squats. When you squat, your muscles will be tense and will work against the motion that you are doing which in turn will make them stronger. You can also do squats with lifting free weights and this will not only make your legs a lot stronger but will also create some very large arms and this exercise is one that you can have control over.
