Ways to Stay Healthy with Natural Healthy Diet

This is quite simple actually to stay healthy with natural healthy diet. Expend more calories than you take in. There is no need for these nonsense fad type of diets, or these “magic” pills. Eat less, watch your portion size.
For example, a serving size of meet should be no bigger than you fist. Also of course you would not want to have all of your protein come from one source as well. Limit your take of trans-fats, and watch your carb intake.
Follow the “pyramid guidelines” and you will be fine. There is no need to waste time or money on any fad diet products.
