What is Pilates?

Pilates is the fastest growing mind-body exercise of the century. It is a corrective, rehabilitative form of exercise that was developed for the purpose of improving the body’s functioning and returning it to its natural state. This exercise can be used on persons of all ages. If you suffer with Pilates Lower Back Pain, regardless if it is due to pregnancy, fibromyalgia, arthritis, people with pain stemming from excessive movement and degeneration of the inter-vertebral discs and joints. Pilates is named for its creator, Joseph Pilates. Ask your doctor if Pilates exercises are right for you. Then get started on your goal to a pain free day.
