What is Qigong

Qigong, the word can be divided into two parts; qi meaning air and gong referring to work applied to a certain discipline. People have different opinions about qigong ; some view it in metaphysical terms while others are under the impression that it is a set of movement and breathing exercises that has many health benefits. No matter how you look at it, all would agree that Qigong provides several benefits, the reason why millions across the world practice it as a health maintaining exercise. Many practitioners believe that early morning is the best time to practice Qigong, it can help stretch and warm p your metabolism.
