Why Rapid Fat loss can mean even faster weight gain

When we lose weight quickly we often lose some muscle mass with it as well. This isn’t always a problem, and most of us that stick to an exercise routine will gain it back. How ever for those of us that are obsessed with Rapid fat loss it could be a problem. Especially if you begin to gain weight back after the initial fat loss.

With less muscle mass your body has a more difficult time handling extra weight. Since each time you lose fat fast you chance losing some muscle you could be putting your body at risk when you yo-yo between a healthy and unhealthy weight level.
