A New Home

I see so many houses in my neighborhood for sale now, it’s crazy. Every month there seems to be a new home on the market because I’m assuming people can’t pay their mortgages on time anymore. I live in a fairly average area, homes are not incredibly expensive but they are not shacks either so you wouldn’t think homes would be empty like this. I remember this are maybe 15 years ago you could buy a house for $100,000, which is very cheap. The area has improved somewhat but not to the extent where people  can’t afford to live in them anymore. I guess the unemployment rate is a major factor why people are leaving making this place a ghost town.
