Chicken Curry

My aunt Susan makes one of the meanest chicken curries in the world. The blend of spices is just right, the level of spiciness just high enough to stimulate your taste buds without burning your tongue, and her potatoes always turn out the right level of softness. I have never tasted curry the way she makes it. I was reminded of the curry when I was reading a best cookware review today. And to think she lives in Australia where most of the people do not even know how to appreciate curry. I miss you aunt Susan and hope I get to eat your curry again soon.
