Comparing Cutlery Collections

My fiance and I are planning to get married this coming October.  We are having a large wedding and many of our extended family members will be flying in to attend the wedding ceremony and reception.  I can hardly wait.  I have already selected my wedding gown and am working hard to lose a few pounds.  The invitations have been ordered and the hall has been reserved.  I have registered for some of the bridal registries that my mother recommended.  I am having trouble choosing between three different cutlery collections.  I know I still have some time left to make up my mind, but I would like to get that task out of the way.  Everything is moving along nicely and we are well ahead of schedule with the preparations.
