It is okay to be depressed after a break up, at least for a short time. You want to reflect on where things went wrong while trying to justify your actions. Even though this makes sense at first, you have to understand that the longer you stay depressed the less likely it is that your will get out of this trap. After you have given yourself enough time to vent you then have to turn your attention to fixing the problem. You can still save your relationship if you take action. Following these steps to get your ex back is the best way to start.
