It was 50 years ago that the first Coach handbag outlet was opened as a family owned enterprise. They began with 6 workmen and a few stores to now 300 stores in just US. The outlets have spread their wings through multi channel distribution methods and have decided to open more stores internationally in the future. Coach also offers a unique collection of merchandise in swank boutiques and department stores.
At present, the headquarters are based in New York City and is a publicly traded company with the stock exchange symbol of COH. They have other offices in nineteen countries including Japan.
Outlets of Coach Handbags now sell accessories for women like cosmetic cases, bracelets, wallets, belts, scarves, hats, key rings, sunglasses, watches and charms, and travel products like planners, totes, luggage and briefcases.
