How do you lose weight healthy

To many people go on starvation diets or diets that only work for a very few people. The desperation to lose weight make people try almost anything. The best way to lose weight healthy is to eat 5 or 6 meals a day but smaller ones. Then start on an exercise program the you can handle and build up to a more difficult exercise routine. This is the way most often recommended by health professionals and even many homeopathic health practitioners. I don’t know why so many people think it is so hard. I lost 85 pounds once I found this way.
