How not to make coffee

This man owns a coffee shop, but his coffee shop has long queue of folks waiting to buy his coffee. When I asked him how to make coffee so good that there would be queue waiting to taste his coffee. He simply told me how not to make coffee, and his answer surprises me. He told me that coffee is like an art, you need to grow close to it, practice it everyday and then brew cup by cup. Every individual cup is different, is an effort. So, when you mass produce it, you lose the individuality and the coffee starts to taste bland. Yes, he makes cup by cup and people queue for 30 minutes just to have that 1 cup of coffee…
