Screwed up? Forgot a birthday or an anniversary? You are in trouble, but maybe flowers will save you. If you need to apologize Big Time “I am sorry flowers” can perform miracles. Instantly!

However, be sure not to make things even worse. Show up with the wrong bouquet and you are in deeper trouble then ever before. Flowers have a language of their own. Let’s take roses for example. A single rose means “I love you”. One yellow or white rose with 11 red ones means love and passion. A bouquet of 25 roses means congratulations and the one with 50 symbolizes unconditional love.It’s not just roses that have a language of their own. And the message you are sending by picking a specific flower is not always positive. Carnation? Disappointment and rejection. Basil? What you are saying is: I Hate You! Unless that’s the message you want to come across, you’d better do some homework before you run of the flower shop.
