Memories Under Pendant Lighting

I spend a lot of time in the kitchen not just because I love to cook but because it is even more comfortable for me with the new pendant lighting my husband had installed.  I do cook a lot but I also spend time in the kitchen if I want to read or sip a cup of coffee.  When I’m there I’m reminded of my childhood.  The memories of talking and watching my mom cook when I was a kid always bring her closer to me.  We didn’t have pendant lighting then but my kitchen never feels any different than hers.
