Installing an intercom system for your home is a great idea.  Adding a system that includes a doorbell adds even more benefit.  You want to make sure that your system is made for inclement weather if your are going to be installing a wireless intercom outdoor system.  Making the decision of which intercom system would be best for your home depends on your specific needs.  You need to decide between a video, doorbell, or standard system.  At any rate whatever system you choose should be durable and easy to install.  Most wireless intercom systems are ready to go right out of the box, so installation issues are few.
