Why I went modular instead of building a new home.

This economic crunch has most of us searching for ways to save our hard earned money.  I know I am always searching for ways to do just that. Our old rental house was starting to fall apart, and the rent had gotten so high that we were going to go broke if I didn’t find a way out of it. This began a search for a better home to house my family.

I looked at mobile home dealers, and even went to traditional home contractors to search for a solution to my current situation. While there wasn’t really anything wrong with anything these people had to offer, I was just not quite satisfied.  This led me to a local Modular Home Contractor that really helped me a lot.  I got the information I needed, and I just couldn’t say no to the price.
