A Great Love for Love Poems

Every week, I make a trip to my local library to borrow various books of poetry. I love poetry and am fascinated with the different creative approaches the poets take to express their thoughts and feelings. I have checked out all sorts of forms of poetry but seem to enjoy the love poems the most. There is something about a person being able to express the most complex of affections toward another that melts my heart. I myself have attempted to write this type of poetry and feel I have on occasion found success. Being able to attempt to share this experience with others is a reward in itself.
