Help Meeting Women

I have trouble trying to meet women, it seems that my mind always go blank whenever I need to talk to a woman I am interested in. I really need some great flirting tips for guys to help me get over this problem. I think if I had a lot of ideas over things to say to women it might help me remember at least a couple of them the next time I am trying to meet a nice woman when I am out at a club or a bar. I definitely need some practice so I get comfortable meeting women.
