The most obvious answer is to play the blues. For this you should know how to read guitar tabs for blues songs. Even if you end up not enjoying the blues, or if they don’t make you feel better you will still have the feeling of accomplishment from having learned something new. Unless you normally play the blues, in which case its probably a good idea to stop playing the blues so much. Obviously the blues have given you the blues. An overdose of the blues is one of the most common causes of the blues among players, the second most common being needing to play the blues.
