It’s Not the Boardwalk, But, Yes, It’s a Photo Booth

March 14th, 2009

When I was a girl growing up at the Jersey shore, my friends and I spent most of our high school summers at the boardwalk.  Days on the beach were followed by evenings on the rides, playing games, and goofing off in the photo booths.  The little black and white photos from those days still live in my albums.  Recently I attended a wedding in Dallas and was delighted when I got to the reception and found the couple had rented a Photo Booth for the guests.  Since some of my old friends were also there, we had fun reliving old memories and making new ones as we posed in that little booth.  It wasn’t the boardwalk, but it was just as much fun.
