Phone Lanyards – Which Ones Are Right For You?
February 11th, 2009
Phone lanyards, or neck straps, can be used for many different things: ID badges, tags or mobile phones. Like most mobile accessories, the phone lanyard fashion realm has exploded in popularity, creating a large, diverse market that is sure to match your style and your needs. They have everything from simple coloured cords to personalised printed flat cotton lanyards, to even something resembling a necklace chain that has a classy clip at the bottom. Deciding on what type is right for you, will be dependant to your lifestyle and your work needs. Some companies require you to wear their phone lanyards, while others leave it up to the employees.
Phone lanyards can be customised by silk-screen printing. The amount of choices is unlimited, so you can have them printed with your favourite football team, your nickname or even a funny phrase that makes people laugh. They are as unique as T-shirts can be, though less obvious when you’re wearing them because of their size. Phone lanyards are convenient and practical, but they don’t need to necessarily be boring. You can use as much or as little creativity as you like, without spending a lot of money. If you own a company, you can get bulk phone lanyards for your employees at a discount rate, with competitive companies either on-line or by shopping locally.
Although the typical stereotype of phone lanyards tends to be of a more practical nature, there are also women’s phone lanyards that can be worn as well as a necklace, even if they are functional. Of course, women can show their sense of humour, as well, choosing anything that describes them, or even expressing moods and designing their own according to colours and styles. For children they can be extremely useful to keep track of their phones and keep in easy touch with parents. Phone lanyards are coming into their own, as a way of expressing personal style and personality, even beyond work.
