Red, White & Blue Surrounds the Flag

I went to a home and garden show this spring with a group of friends to find out what I could do to change the look of our landscape and improve the appearance of our yard. One of the things I came upon was a display of flag poles. I thought this would be a really nice addition to our yard. I bought one and an American flag to hang from it. I asked my husband to pour a small concrete support for it and he cheerfully obliged. He also built me a small flower bed to surround it. Now I proudly display our American flag and I try to plant red, white and blue flowers in the bed surrounding it.
