second chance banking

What is second chance banking? Its when you have been reported to chex systems and have been denied a bank account and want to get a second chance. Alot of people end up screwing up their checking account or fall into a pit and can’t pay back the overdraft fees then get reported and punished by chex systems. I once had a perfect record with the bank and was geared up and ready to pay back the loan I made when I lost my job, and it came down to paying rent and not being on the street or paying the bank. I got reported to chex systems.
