We Have A Conscious And Subconscious Mind

We have a three pound wonderful piece of machinery in our heads which we call our brain. Our brains control everything we do both consciously and subconsciously according to the use of our conscious mind and more importantly our subconscious mind. The way that we program our subconscious mind will determine how we live our lives, how we operate daily and how we choose to treat the incidences which we face day to day. There are people who are goal focused and others who let life control them; the type of person you are is based on your programming.
