As humans we have always been fascinated by the world around us and this is why world globes have always been popular.  The globe was the natural progression from the map once we had discovered that the world wasn’t flat.  World globes have been, for many years a popular piece of furniture to have in your home whether it is as a table top globe or a drinks cabinet.  The benefits of world globes are numerous as they work on so many levels.  They can be used to learn about the different countries of the world or to plan your next trip abroad.
