Do You Use The Book?

Are you one of the millions of people that love to try new things? Have you ever thought about taking a self defense class with your kid so that they can learn how to defend themselves? I remember when I was a kid, and my mom took me to a self defense class. She looked in the Best Phone books for their phone number. I remember going to the class. We only went once. I didn’t ever want to do it because I felt stupid. I wish I would have done it with her, because now she is gone and I wish I could have that memory with her.
