Looking for equipment is very important if you are new the concrete busienss finding concrete block machines and concrete equipment at a great price can happen for you if you know where to look. My journey with Oscar, from the Caribbean, started just ten months ago. When I first met Oscar, he had major problems with making a quality CMU block. He was running two small semi automated Italian machines that were not operating 30% of the time. His down time was caused by cylinder rod ends snapping, parts delays and vibrator shafts that were lucky to last a week. A major costly issue was the Itailian block machine manufacturer was always on holiday, and not prompt in returning Oscar’s calls. Waiting for parts caused even longer time delays which affected every part of the companies profitability. The good news was Oscar had learned the business and had plenty of sales to build on for the future. All he needed was a machine system that would produce a quality product, stay operating, and have service and parts in a timely manner.
