The Legal Aspects of Child Custody

Despite the notion that custody is most often awarded to mothers, most parents recognize that both are eligible for custodial responsibilities.  Recent changes to family law have leveled the playing field between mothers and fathers, and more cases are being awarded to dads.  This is not to say that mothers don’t hold an advantage, but it is presumptuous to think they will win every time.  By being familiar with the Legal Aspects of Custody Cases, anyone can tailor their arguments in their favor.  The key is to recognize the boundaries of the law and present your case accordingly.
