Use exercise logs to record your activities

When you begin using exercise logs, you will find you have given yourself a boost of encouragement. You find yourself accounting for your activities and the progress you’ve made so far. Without that self accountability in place, many people do not stick to the program and fail.
You went into an exercise and diet program in the first place to improve yourself and that means building esteem too. You can rationalize all you want as to why you did not run today, but when you see it down in you exercise log, you know something was missed and you will find yourself taking action to correct that error.
The log keeps vital information for you as you go through your program. It will tell you which exercises work best, and which do not.
