Can I watch the content on john q tv anytime?

I am trying to find out a bit more about john q tv to see whether it is something I would be interested in or not. Are the shows on this internet tv website on at certain times, or can I choose a show and start watching it any time of the day or night? Sometimes there just isn’t anything on the regular tv channels that I want to watch, and this would be a good way to add to my options, as long as I could choose things to watch whenever I wanted. Where can I find out more about this?
