When the internet was invented, there was a rapid increase in users because the infrastructure was already available. Usage expanded in a web-like fashion because all you needed was a As the demand for data increased, so did the demand for faster Angeles or London, it was economically feasible to install broadband infrastructure. For most of the world, economics made this impossible. A need was developing to reach the rest of the world without expensive cables or fiber optics. The satellite broadband providers rose to the challenge and made it possible for anyone with a clear view of the sky to connect to the internet.
