Upgrading to a Samsung 50 inch LCD HDTV in time for the Olympics

There is no way that I am going to watch the Olympics on my current small sized TV. The last time the Olympics came around I was fortunate enough to catch a great deal of the footage on a friends 50 inch TV. This time around I am not so fortunate and will need to get a new TV if I want to experience the same viewing pleasure. My current 32 inch set can be moved to my home office and serve as a backup. I like the idea of a Samsung 50 inch LCD HDTV. I have seen these in the local shop and the black rim, quality picture and superior sound will definitely make me a big hit in the family.
